(2) VPN servers store usernames and passwords required for VPN access. If the VPN server is located overseas, these credentials may be stored on servers in that country, as they are essential for providing the service.

Access to personal information is restricted to the following entities:
(1) Employees of our company who require access to personal information for the operation of our service.
(2) A Malaysian company managed is partially entrusted with the user support operations described in 1 within the necessary scope of their duties, and the operations will be conducted in compliance with Japanese laws.

Our company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and relevant government guidelines concerning personal information.
7 Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Protection System
Our company will regularly review and update our personal information protection system. Additionally, we will monitor changes in our business operations, societal conditions, and advancements in information systems to ensure the continuous improvement of our personal information protection framework.
